Where can I find free template for the newsletter on the web (or I can purchse for a small fee) ?
I am not an expert in HTML nor willing to spend time to build my own with the HTML editor provided in the Newsletter section.

I would just use the simple html editor to whip together a quick newsletter email, not only is it simple and quick, you should really know how to do this anyways…
If you have MS Word or other word processor, you can export your newsletter in html for your email.
