Hi,
How can a customer view his accumulated reward points. If logged in to “My Account”, there is nothing shown for Reward Points.
You can see the # of points under the MY ACCOUNT block – on mine it is on the right hand side of the page.
Where it says
MY ACCOUNT
(name here)
Profile Details
Downloads
Orders
My points: (number here)
It is odd that you cannot see it on the my account PAGE though.
