I read somewhere that mod_secure issue will be fixed on next release. However, still the problem exist. any idea how to install without disabling it?[/color]

I meant v4.2.1

The issue is that mod_secure doesn't support full path names (outside of basedir) and cs-cart uses full pathnames for all include files. It is not something to be fixed.
