What is the best solution to capture CC's but manually enter the data for them?

What is the best solution to capture CC’s but manually enter the data for them? Since sometimes you cannot always get a gateway solution because of the goods you sell so am not sure what to do here…



I seen some cart they do a funny redirect to another url and seem to be able to process everything online but what options do I have here if I cannot connect to gateway but have a physical termainal. Yes they could call me but some customers may be in different time zones so may not be able to get hold of me…any ideas?
