What is that red box with a spinning wheel

When using Hot Deals I have this little red box with a spinning wheel in the upper right corner with ‘Hide’ written on it and it just stays there.

How did you upgrade?

I used the upgrade manager from within Admin.

I got red box on home page with hot deals…

I also get the “hide” box on my test site. The demo site does not have this problem.
