Do you mean Google Rich Snippets?

If the answer is YES, so Google takes the information from the description meta tag or generates it from the sentences or phrases that are placed on the page.

Text in Snippet depends on the customer's request in Google.

So try to make the page description the most relevant to the key request and page content and you may use Google Rich Snippets add-on to make the snippets more attractive.

I dont know why when I search for my website in google it display:

I agree (i can't understand why this words are shown) in default page of my cs-cart i have set the page name

The url of the site

I want to move that (I agree sentence) , because its a wierd sentene for my site and put there my slogan or just the name of the store)

You will see the changes only after google bot reindexes your website. You can resubmit the sitemap in Google search console to speed up the process
