What would cause the website from being blocked in our office and not the outside. It shows Store Closed

It's not blocked. It seems that from 'outside' you see the cached site. Clear the browser cache and the cs-cart cache and try again.

it looked like it had to do with our company Firewall. Its working now
Because it worked from outside the company domain but not when logged in to our network
