Does anyone use this Add On? Is it just webmail or does it associate emails with orders and customers automatically?
If webmail does not do that does anyone know of an add-on that does like something similar to OSTicket maybe?

This is very similar to osticket, except osticket is a standalone program and this Help Desk will integrate directly into your store.
I've been using it for a few weeks now and have been very happy with it.
I don't even have the webmail addon installed.

hmm… looks promising. its to bad he couldn't utilize an existing app like osTicket but I guess it wouldn't fully integrate.
