Hi, we just completed an order in admin after entering the tracking number. After clicking submit, it went to a page with the following warning, then it redirected back to the order page:

Impossible to find, allow_url_include = On in my local wamp5 server???
Any idea??
I try to insert this allow_url_include = On, after this : allow_url_fopen = On, in my php.ini but nothing!!
