Want to hire a site designer / Maintenance, where do I look?

I no longer have time to add updates, implement the new photos/graphics and maintain my website, where would I look to hire someone to do this for me? What would be the cost for something like this? I would like to spend more time on building my business than having to do this myself. Any advice is strongly appreciated.
