A new one for me…
I receive an inquiry from a customer wanting to know the status of their order. I click on “View Orders” and search by their first/last name without result. I then search by their email address and I was directed to a blank page with the word “TESTING” on it. I try it again with the same results. I did this by typing the address out as well as copying it. I then searched by other customers email address and was taken directly to their respective orders.
Stumped!
