Vendor Unable To "preview Product"

I recently upgrade from 2.2.4 to 4.1.3



Our vendors reported that they can no longer find the “preview product” option. I have verified this is true but I can’t figure out where to fix it. It used to work fine in 2.2.4.

I can see the “Preview” button in the drop down menu (check the gear icon on the top)

Sorry if i wasnt clear. It works fine on a fresh install or demo site. I only experience the problem on my live site. The demo icon is not visible for vendors

I can see the “products:update_tools_list” hook in the template. Please check if any custom add-on overrides this drop down menu.

I did that but didn't find anything that may conflict. This problem is only with Vendors and when an administrator (main) acts of behalf of a vendor.

fyi. cs-cart fixed the issue and said it is a bug in 4.0.3

I don't have the actual code but I'll share once I get the details
