Vendor to customer messaging

Good day

it seems that the customer can initiate the conversation with the vendor but not the other way - which is a bit of a problem as vendors might require some clarifications from customers. Are there any solutions out there?

Unfortunately there is no options for vendor to initiate conversation with the customer at the moment, so at the moment you can contact third party developers for a quote.

Anyway, I have forwarded your feed back to our developers, so such functionality may appear in the future.
