two different thinks vendor.php goes

1- vendor.sitename.com

2 - sitename.com/vendor-login

Ok in multi ultimate we can choose but whole "multivendor ultimate or multivendor" new and old vendor always redirect in vendor.sitename.com

i think we must use multivendor ultimate for this and always add vendor manually
