Vendor Has "phantom Products"

Has anyone else faced this? We have a vendor that has 8 product listings, but their "Current Plan Usage" is showing they are using 87 products. We have checked in their vendor admin panel and the main admin panel and confirmed they only have 8 products in their catalog.

I've attached screenshots of the issue. This doesn't seem to be happening to any other vendors in our marketplace.

Any ideas what might have caused this? Any ideas on how to fix it?

I appreciate anyone's thoughts.
