Vendor Do Not Get Sale Notification

Hi, I’ve looked all over to find an option to turn on or off if a vendor will get an email notification once an order is placed. They receive the email that the order status has been changed to complete but not when it is set to processed after the user has paid.



It’s not in Spam. Any help would be super appreciated. Is it suppose to be on by default?

Hi anyone running the multi vendor version please let me know if your vendor are getting the order info once the user has paid.

I figured it out. Had to change the options under 'Orders' - 'Order Statuses'.
