Vendor Communication Language Error

Just started using the Vendor Communication Add-On, but the notifications sent to the users are only showing in English, even if the user has selected another language as their language.

Invoices and other notifications get sent to them in their language - while being sent to the admin in English.

But the email notifications sent when a message is posted in the Vendor Communication section (using "vendor_communication.subject_email" and "vendor_communication.you_have_new_message") is only being sent in English to both admin and to customer.

Is this possible to fix manually from our end?

I have submitted a ticket to CS-Cart as well. Often it's hard to tell if something's a bug, or we're missing a step in using it correctly.
I will update this post with the solution if they get back to me with a fix method.
