Vendor Communication in RMA

Hello everyone,

On the “Message Center” addon I have deactivated “Customer-to-seller communication”. The “contact seller” button has disappeared. However, when a customer creates a new return and goes to the return information page, the “chat here” button appears. Is this a bug?
