Where do I go to increase the VAT rate (which is a tax in the United Kingdom) from 17.5% to 20% ?

BarryH - Thank you for your reply, but I do not have Tax Rates within the Admin/Shipping/Taxes area.



I cannot even see where the current VAT rate is applied. Is there any place else it could be applied?
