Vat Depends On Vendors Country And Not From Destination Country

Hello,
How do sellers enter their VAT per product? It seems not possible.
VAT depends on the country of the seller and not on the country of destination in Europe.
Furthermore, a European marketplace has to integrate this for tax audits and legal purposes.
The invoices of cs-cart multi-vendor are therefore wrong : Can VAT of each seller be shown on the invoices?
How can I rectify this?
Is there an addon for this?
Can someone help here ?
