I have some problems with the following and any and all help will be more than appreciated:
The bestsellers listing appears to have a glitch insofar as the third item listed is actually the 4/5 item in the Top 10 products report. The list misses the actual 3rd placed product. Where/how would I correct this anomaly (minor as it may seem initially).
I have a “Latest products” list/block however it does not appear to be refreshing. The information is not updating as new products are being added. I have refreshed the database but to no avail… If anyone has an idea on what/where I can go to correct this anomaly.
3. - Most Important
i am having problems with information missing from the telephone profile field, which is a “required” field. What I am finding is that a single spacebar will overcome the necessity to complete the field. If someone could advise where I would go to validate that particular field with a 10 digit/numeric validation I would be most appreciative.
