I am encountering 3 issues with uservoice:
- reply no longer works. I suspect that this is caused by its reliance on old flash. Most browsers block this.
- login doesn’t work well. I cant login on uservoice, except by opening a popup window, logging in there and then closing the original window.
- I cant vote for all suggestions that I like, because the number votes is very limited.
Could you internally discuss the possibility of just using forum software and having people vote by liking the first post of a thread.
Then it will be very easy for you to see what the most popular ideas are. And we no longer have issues with another system to log into. More people use the forum.
Other software developers do the same and its much easier and more effective. Its much easier for you to manage as well.
