Users Getting Error With Widget Mode

I have my own server and 2 web sites using the same IP. One site is my CS-Cart store and the 2nd is my forum web site.



I added the widget mode to my forum web site and it works for me using a PC, Win 8.1 and Firefox however users get an error:



Syntax error:Json

Parse error:unrecognised token’<'



when they are using an iPad Air, iOS 7.1.2 and Safari



I don’t have an iPad Air to confirm this myself or even know if this is a CS-Cart bug or what may be causing the error and what can be done to fix it.

Thanks eCom…but they will most probably charge me to fix the issue which I am now sure is a bug with their widget when being used by latest apple devices useing Safari…several users, all useing Apple devices, have now confirmed the error but all non Apple devices have no problems.



The stories of CS-Cart charging to fix their own bugs is well known

I am not sure if somebody can help you here with the widget here. Say to CS-Cart team that this should be fixed urgently and you loose your sales. They should not charge you to fix the issue.
