User groups tab is missing?

Hi,

I just noticed that the “usergroup” tab (right beside “General” tab) is missing when I try to edit other administrators (vendors and other admins i created). It only appears when I edit a customer record. I don’t remember making any changes that should affect this. I’m using the main admin account.



Any ideas? I tried clearing cache, etc.



I’m using Multivendor 2.2.4



Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I had this problem a while ago. I think you have to log in with the initial admin account when you first created the store. It won't work with other admin accounts.

Are you logging in with the main Admin account and it does not work?

thanks Bob, yes I'm using the main admin account which is really weird. It was working fine just a few days ago and i dont recall making any changes that should affect this.
