User Group Is Missing

i access using admin..
but the user group is missing
also i cant change the usergroups setting.

error:
WarningAccess denied.

my administrator tab suddenly empty.
and i cant find my email cs.xxx@gmail.com
either at administrator status/customers ..
its just disappear.

i also cek phpmyadmin

and check user_id1>>is_root Y

mmmm

i go to manage store and click my store ( i only have 1 store)

and suddenly all worked and back to normal
