We wanted to know that can we use the cs-cart licence on both our website and local host?
We are already having our licence on our livestore and are running v4.0.3 but as we want to upgrade it to 4.1.3 and as we are doing it for the first time, we wanted to backup the original website and do the upgrade in the local host first, testing all the procedures, rather than directly doing on the live store.
But as the upgrade center in localhost requires license as well, so can we use the same license on our localhost cs-cart mv store also?

Contact the helpdesk and let them know that you have a development site as well as production. They are generally pretty flexible.
