URGENT - got a strange error message after order

After trying to order on my site I get this error message:

This is new from today and it also declines every transaction from my customers.



Can anyone tell me what it is and how to fix it?

Have you tried deleting all the files in var/compiled/customer yet?



I’ll bet if you delete the files the error will go away.

What do you mean delete?

Aren’t they necessary? can I just delete them?

Copy them to your computer, then delete them. If any problems just copy them back

The files in var/compiled/customer are rebuilt as people visit your site.



Do a fresh install and you’ll see that the folders don’t even exist until you visit the site for the first time.

thanks for the advice as it fixed my issue.

i recently enabled the comments & reviews addon and this error came up.

i backed up the files as a just incase, but weren’t needed.
