Hi,

Can anyone help here please? I am seeing this access denied error. there have been no changes and it has only just appeared. I can access the a dev store version in a sub directory but not the website held in the main domain.

Any ideas?

You should check the permissions of your store directory:

Just in case it helps anyone…i got this sorted.



I replaced the index.php and init.php files in the root directory with backed up copies and all works fine now.

Did you check the content of these files? Possibly you was hacked

I will take a look through them to compare the two. thanks for suggestion as i couldnt think why it had happened.
