UPS Negotiated Rates

Why does CS Cart not show negotiated rates for UPS shipments? It should be as simple as adding a “UPS Account Number” field to the UPS settings and sending the account number along with all of the other package details in the XML. Perhaps, a checkbox could also be added to the settings, that allows merchant to turn negotiated rates on/off.
