I have an issue with a CS Cart Multi-Vendor 4.6.1 that has an excellent WebKul front end management bridge that gives vendors/sellers the ability to upload and manage their products and orders through the front end and it's all responsive.
There is only one issue that seems to be in CS Cart and uploading product images from a mobile (this occurs front and backend) If the customer takes a picture in landscape and then uploads that image to the site it's displayed in a rotated manner and looks portrait. The customers on the site site will be predominately be iPhone users with little IT knowledge so asking them to download and edit pics isn't really a viable option.
I've tried this on the CS Cart demo site and on a fresh install so I know it's not anything I've added or what WebKul who I must have been amazing.
Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?
I've asked CS Cart but they said download the product image and rotate it which isn't really fair for the vendors and this isn't really a fix or support.
