Upgrading To 4.1.1

Hi



Just don't think the keep in mind, upgrading and then restoring back to the old files if the upgrade fails, deletes any presets you have making a waste of hours you spent customising your shop…



So well done yet again CS CART.



Now to the real issue, when upgrading it i get this error at the end:



Error occurred: post upgradeTable 'oggames.og_settings_objects_upg' doesn't exist (1146): SELECT object_id, value FROM og_settings_objects_upg WHERE name = 'several_points_action'



Any ones knows what that is about?

You may want to say from what version you are upgrading.

I just upgraded from 4.0.3 to 4.1.1 and it did give me an error but it was due to it timed out. But it seems like it did finish the upgrade. Keep my eyes on it to see if everything works.

No errors on installation here but I am getting a 'Aww, Snap!' display error on Chrome when I try and go to the Admin Panel. Seems to be OK in Firefox and Safari, though.

Sounds like you may want to wait to upgrade to 4.1.1. According to the following link CS-Cart is going to release 4.1.2 soon to fix the Chrome error…

Thanks for that. I can use Safari for the time being. It's no biggie.

I a had the same problem. Oh how I wish I had read this post before I upgraded from 4.0.3 to 4.1.1. I ended up restoring a 2 month old backup of my store and will now spend no telling how many hours re uploading all the new images that are missing. Yea sorry forgot to say, the upgrade was from 4.0.3 to 4.1.1 i all so lost a lot of images and [color=#282828][font=arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif]presets. [/font][/color]
