Upgrading From 4.3.5 Stuck

Whenever I go to upgrade for 4.3.5 to 4.3.6 or any newer version it just freezes like this

And I will let it do it for upwards of an hour, however after checking the log all I see is this [attachment=11325:core_log.txt]

My execution time is set to 3600, so it should have timed out of there was an issue.
