I have upgraded to the new version. The admin page looks rather strange (see attached partial screen print). What can I do to fix it?

Clear your browser's cache so the new css styles get loaded.

Clear your cs-cart CACHE, COMPILED, and your SmartOptimizer cache folders (if applicable)

For me all I have to do is “reload” or refresh in Firefox and everything works and looks fine.
