OK, I just installed the 2.0.8 demo either yesterday or the day before and now 2.0.9 is out…
Is it possible for me to upgrade the system demo?
If so what is the easiest way?
One more thing… I have the demo data in the system and would like to delete all the product/category data, is there an easy way to do this???

If you have not made many changes, it will probably be easier to just do a fresh install of 2.0.9 and not install the demo data when asked in the installation wizard.

Whats the best method, just download and unzip over, then run the installer?
Yes, download the 2.0.9 distro and start from scratch including creating a new database.
If you want, you can keep your current installation and just install 2.0.9 in a subdirectory - this will allow you to refer to your prior installation if you have already made changes. Once you get everything set up to your liking, you can delete the prior installation and move the new installation into place and adjust the config.local.php file.
