Upgrade To 4.3.2 Stalls

I am trying to upgrade to 4.3.2 per the cart links, and it's stalled with a progress bar (with zero progress) that says

How can I even interrupt this? I can't click on anything - there's a wheel spinning but it's just stalled! Also it doesn't provide a backup restore link before starting the upgrade like it usually does.



I was able to stop it by clicking the X in my browser and it reverted back to the beginning of the install (before clicking “install”). I will wait on this install until I hear back at least about getting the restore link.



Edit: Ok well this is strange. After stopping that upgrade I went about doing other things in the admin, then left my desk for a bit to take care of something else. When I came back there was a popup in my admin saying the cart's been upgraded. I checked my version and it's the upgraded version, and the upgrade no longer shows in the Upgrade Center. So it looked like it stalled, I even stopped it but it apparently completed anyway. So far I can't find any issues from it, but that requires further investigation.

Mine just says Processing and the bar never moves. It ends up timing out. This is starting to get old

No luck here either. Maybe if I try on the server.

Hello All, ver4.3.1

I'm having the same problem. But now popup up said update available, update center shows no updates.

any help on this?

Check your version to see if it actually did perform the update even though it didn't show it did, which is what's happened to me the last two updates. You can check the version in your config.php file (in the root directory), around line 123 under Product Information.

The easiest way to check your version is to add the version parameter to the URL. E.g.



https://your_domain.com/your_admin.php?version
