Upgrade Issue - File Permissions

Hi guys, having some update issues.

After I click Auto-Set Permission via FTP

It says ok but when I click Upgrade I get this again

Just goes round in circles.

I've set the file permissions manually as well via FTP

We're updating from 4.3.3 to 4.3.3 SP1

I replaced the upgrade.php file with an original from a copy of 4.3.3. Now I get this error.
