Upgrade from Prof. to Multi-vendor

Hi pals,

I'm trying to upgrade my current version CS-Cart Professional up to the Multi-Vendor. I followed the steps mentioned in the helpdesk but a message appeared to me says: “The entered license number is disabled. Please contact CS-Cart support team to check your license status.”

and when I click on Update edition, nothing is there and a message below says: :No upgrades currently available"

All settings are correct. FTP as well.

any idea how to upgrade it?

You can view your active license number on the “Licenses” page of your Help Desk account. Please use it on the “Settings: Upgrade Center” page in the administration panel. If the problem still persists, please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server.

How do you downgrade from a trial MultiVendor (expired) to a Licensed Professional edition?

Unfortunately, there is no ability to downgrade your CS-Cart Multi-Vendor Edition installation to CS-Cart Professional Edition using standard CS-Cart functionality. In this case you should perform a new installation of CS-Cart Professional Edition.

Why isn't there one download package - since multi-vendor and professional are almost the same file size!

Then options and labels, and boxes, and menus are controlled by the licence type (as I can see they are already!)

We've paid for the Professional licence, what are plans for the Multi-Site / Multi-Store version of CS-Cart which is currently in BETA?

How much would it cost to upgrade the licence from Professional to Multi-Site/Multi-Store?

The Multi-Vendor edition (not “MultiVendor”!) was not attractive enough, and seems to need more time to mature, given it's price!!!

Could you please tell me what prices we should expect to pay for upgrading licences?

Also, if any of our clients plan to downgrade from Multi-Vendor to Professional, when do you plan to fix this process?
