Upgrade From 4.1.2 To 4.1.3 Stalls --> Blank Page

Hi,



Can anyone help troubleshoot why why upgrade from upgrade center is not working.



After clicking install it resolves to a blank page and nothing happens.



Where and what logs can I check on the server for errors?
