While upgrading one of our stores, I started getting the following pop up in the Admin Panel.
WarningInstallation integrity check failed. The access to the Administration panel will be blocked within 2 days.
Any ideas?

Checksums of sensitive files do not match. Did you make any changes to the system's core files?

It is better to contact CS-Cart team with this issue. They will inform you which files should be checked

But move on to the next update
What tell you suport team ?!
If error does not exists after upgrade, just ignore it
