Upgrade cs-cart to 4.20.x

I have just upgrade cs-cart at the last version 4.20.1 with uniTheme2 theme. I am facing some issues though… While I am navigating in admin panel after a few clicks the page brokes… I have lots of errors in console log like:

dispatch=block_manager.manage_in_tab&dynamic_object%5Bobject_type%5D=products&dynamic_object%5Bobject_id%5D=180731&product_id=180731&manage_url=home.php%3Fdispatch%3Dproducts.update%26product_id%3D180731%26selected_section%3Ddetailed&result_ids=content_blocks&is_ajax=1

which is always 404 not found actually… Moreover, when the page loads normally, I could not add categories when editing a product and when I have this error I could not see the blocks tab too (the content of it not the tab itself). When I have this issue I also have this console log error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot use 'in' operator to search for 'status' in undefined
    at <anonymous>:2:39461

I have PHP version 8.3

  1. hotlinks are disabled from server
  2. Resources from servre are ok
  3. New .htaccess (default fresh installed) has been added
  4. Deleted all the old themes

Any ideas about these issues ? I am in a dead end, any help would be appriciated

Have you updated not only CS-Cart itself, but also the entire UniTheme2 package and all AlexBranding add-ons related to the theme?

Yes I did updated all the addons and uniTheme2 to the latest version
AlexBranding devs, told me to ask for help from cs-cart, because this issues are not related to theme…

I did open a ticket (#104334825), asking for investigation about this issue… Furthermore, I have given you access to FTP and Admin… I had the same issue years ago with another cs-cart, and the problem back then was the tinymce… So, I tried to change to tinymce8, but still same results. After, 2-3 refreshes inside admin I have this mesage “the site is updating … … and can not do anything”… and some seconds it starts working again!

As I have wrote to another ticket in this forum, I am trying to convert manually the products with options to variants… because the upgrade at that time would not do that… not completed successfully

@CS-Cart_team We could continue our tech conversation to the ticket please, or even here, I do not mind! Just any advices or help would be appriciated

Some http requests are always 404 not found via browser console, such as these:

?dispatch=notifications_center.manage&items_per_page=10&page=1&is_ajax=1

Is there a case during the upgrade, some files be corrupted, so I could upload these files again thorugh a fresh cs-cart installation?

From the ticket in question, I can see that my colleagues have already provided several recommendations. However, I’m afraid further investigation, specifically within your installation, requires an active Customer Care subscription.
