Updating Blog In Other Languages

I have 5 languages set in CS Cart, default is en. On the blog do I have to rewrite each blog post for each language?

I have noticed that if I set SEO tags i.e. H1 etc in the blog post under the en language and then go to fr, or de etc the tags do do show.

Also if I update the blog in en, it does not update the other languages. Does this make sense?

The blog posts are added on all languages. But if you update it, only selected language is used.
