Update 4.3.4 - 4.3.5 Hangs At "copy Files: /var/langs"

I am trying to update from 4.3.4 to 4.3.5, but the update seems to hang forever on this screen:

I re-downloaded the update, and now it seems to be hanging on "Backing up data for: cscart_twigmo_stores". I've done several upgrades in the past via the upgrade center and it seemed to work just fine!

Try to open the config.php file and replace:

define('DB_ROWS_PER_PASS', 40);

with

define('DB_ROWS_PER_PASS', 4000);

If the database will be backuped correctly, check timeout settings of your server
