%unsubscribe_link: not working

When sending newsletter live the unsubscribe link (%UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK) doesn’t appear in the newsletter. The other items (%COMPANY_NAME etc) all do appear. How do I fix this?

I have the same problem…is there an answer somewhere? The link doesn't work.
