Understanding Testimonial

I've been trying to understand how to work with "Testimonials". My understanding is that comments & reviews are for each product, but testimonials are for the entire site (so their buying experience). So testimonials are really useful for multi-store where the reputation of the store can improve - which is great!

The problem I have, is trying to understand how to work with it.

Unlike reviews which displays a "Write a Review", when I add a testimonial block, nothing is showing on the page.

If I add my own testimonial through the admin page, the testimonial is showing and I get a "View All" option which takes me to the Testimonial Page - "https://DOMAIN/index.php?dispatch=discussion.view&thread_id=11"

But I can't seem to find this page anywhere else through the Admin Page - in design or in pages. To let me customise it with any message, or to change the SEO to something more user-friendly (like domain.com/testimonials).

So how do you work with Testimonials, to customise the page or change the SEO name?

Testimonials can be found on the Website -> Comments and reviews -> Testimonials tab. But there is a bug there and you cannot add new review from the admin panel

Ah, I should have clarified. I did find that section to approve/delete testimonials.

I meant I couldn't find anywhere to control what the customer-facing side will look like. Like if I sent a link to a customer asking for their testimonial, where will they add it?
