I’ve been looking through the .tpl files this past week on and off trying to find these particular check boxes on the order screen and disable them, as every time we change an order status our customer gets notified (which is fine) but our orders department inbox gets filled up too - does anyone know which template file they can be changed in? I’ve circled them in the attached screenshot.
