Unable To Translate Admin Language Variable

Hello,

in 4.3.4 im unable to translate admin language variables, is this correct or a bug

e.g

Display product details in tabs

Log in the phpMyAdmin and check the cscart_settings_descriptions table.

There is no ability to translate setting names from the admin panel
