Unable To Share Profile To Storefront

Customers are unable to add their address details in our new storefront, I have looked on previous threads and it says the profiles need sharing, I go into the profiles and can see that they are shared with 2 storefronts (working fine) but unable to add a storefront, no plus button in the share section?

Can anyone shed any light?

Please make sure that the following setting is enabled

Settings -> Stores -> Share users among stores

In this case you should delete duplicated accounts at first

Are these customers we are talking about?

The new store we added has no accounts associated with it yet, and the other 2 stores are working fine, just the third store we added?

Found a duplicate address in the 2 old stores and deleted one, this now lets me tick the box :-)

To add all of the profile fields do I have to do this one by one? I cannot see a way to select all?

You are welcome. I am afraid, yes. It is required to check each profile field one by one
