Unable to login to Admin after upgrading to 2.2.1

Hi All

After upgrading to 2.2.1 I'm unable to login to admin area.

The upgrade went fine and was logged in to admin area. Decided to logoff and now when trying to login it just refreshes.

I have cleared the files in var/cached and compiled but still doing the same.

Also cleared my browsers cache. Any ideas?

P.S.-I was able to get in the database and I always create another user and by giving admin rights to that user I was able to login to the admin panel. But the admin user still not able to login

Did you manage to fix this?

The Cscart support fixed it. They said it was wrong settings in the database. That is all they said
