Unable To Create User Group

Hi all,



I see no + symbol to create a user group for the customers?



How do I get through this situation

First you take a glass. Pour yourself a nice Whisky. Taste it. Breathe in, breath out.

Then, you realize this plus button, like many others, only appears when you are editing All Stores :)
