"u Pick" Option

I hope this post is in the right category.

I'm wanting to see if MVE has any way of creating something similar to eBay's "u pick" feature. (screenshot embedded)

I know that I could use the feature tools and set something up but it is my understanding that vendors would not be able to edit or create their own for their products.
